The misconception about programs like Pursuit to Own, that most people make, myself included previously, is that a person must fit in a very specific bracket of criteria. It is common to assume that either you make too much money or not enough money to qualify. My recommendation is to let the experts and program guide you when you’re sure that you’d like to own your own home. Moving from Oregon to Parkville, we didn’t have the opportunity to physically inspect and see the homes we were interested in ourselves. Christopher Pitt fortunately made us so comfortable, and completely went out of his way to walk through homes Face Timing us!
