Section 8 voucher holders in Wilmington, DE
Voucher holders can’t save fast enough to buy a home. The prices of homes are rising, with federal cuts to Section 8 pending.
This pilot program is designed in partnership to increase voucher-to-mortgage opportunities.
VoucherBridge isn’t a wait-and-see program. It’s a move-now solution.
We take first-time homebuyers from Accepted to Prioritized.
We’re seeking participants who:
- Are in the Housing Choice Voucher homeownership program.
- Want to live in Wilmington, Delaware.
- Are ready to break the rental cycle and build generational
wealth, starting with homeownership.
Enrollment closes September 30, 2025.
