We help first time and aspiring homebuyers navigate the path and connect with the resources they need to own a home. Our Economic Development Housing™ model guides you through the full process to work with housing authorities, access voucher funding, and access lending options.

We don’t stop there, though. We saw the need for more, so we built it.

 That’s why we created the first-of-its-kind Economic Case Management™  system. We’re committed to helping hard-working people achieve financial stability, business success, and long-term economic growth through a holistic approach to personal and community development.

I partnered with Pursuit To Own to create home buying opportunities in the Fifth District and throughout Wilmington, Delaware. Their team has a tremendous amount of homebuying experience and professionalism.

Understanding the struggles for first time home buyers through personal experience has created trust in this community.

The Pursuit To Own team has provided several homebuyer workshops in our community and we are actively planning many more to enrich this area and its people.
